It is always nice to visit the Griffith Central Market on a Friday evening after a hard week at work. The weather can determine how much fun you may have . . . I had a lot of fun this evening. Music this evening was provided by my friend Robert Rolf Feddersen, along with his wife Terri Ann and band members Nick Smerz and Ingrid Schimnoski. They put on a real down to earth show for us.

I had the chance to buy some fresh vegetables and fruit from Taste and See, and Christi bought some tacos from Ay Chihuahua's that she enjoyed. We spotted the Gormet Grilled Cheese truck (a couple photos below). By the time we were ready to eat more that evening, they ran out! I did get my usual take home from Buck's BBQ. Never a disappointment.

Upsidedown & Backwards LIVE 5/6/16

What a great day for a market. Sunny and in the 80's. Great music too from Ryan Frahm with UpsideDown and Backwards! The band was laying down some serious vibe this evening. Ryan's vocal and personal emotion of the music drove it all home. If you were not there, you missed a great performance!

The food was great as always. This time I had the beef brisket from T&S Catering here in Griffith.  The photo taken above is of Flagel's Sugar House up in Michigan. I am always glad to see them there! You can see a list of vendors by going to the bottom of this blog and clicking. I try to keep it populated with previous and current vendors so that you have a source to go back to get more!
